Traceroute is a device used for diagnosing system related issues. It does this by showing the route to the destination specified - a domain name or an IP address - and records to what extent it takes packets to reach that destination. Once in a while we may request that you play a traceroute. Here's the means by which to do it on our 3 hosting stages:
Windows
1. Click 'Start'
2. Type in Run and after that click on the symbol that shows up (a container should open)
3. Type cmd and after that press OK to open order brief
4. In the window that shows up, type in: tracert yourdomain.com (or the IP address contingent upon the issue) and after that press 'Enter'.
Apple iOS
1. Browse to Applications - > Utilities - > Network Utility - > Traceroute
2. Enter the domain or IP address you have to analyze, at that point select Trace
Linux
1. Open a Terminal window
2. Type: traceroute yourdomain.com (or supplant 'yourdomain.com' with an IP address whenever mentioned to do as such)
