How do I let my customers manage a domain name?

If you have a client who has bought a domain name from you, yo might need to give them access to manage it. You can do this by giving them access to HamroCP.

To do this, you'll first need to make a HamroCP User for your client:

1. Login to Hamro.Cloud

2. Under Reseller Preferences select HamroCP Users

3. Select Please add one (or Add a HamroCP User if you already  have one).

4. Enter your client(s) qualifications at that point Add HamroCP User.

5. You'll be reclaimed to the HamroCP Users list. The client will have been assigned a password - change this if you need.

6. To appoint the HamroCP client to a Hosting Package and give them Domain Access, float over Options and select Edit

7. Select the domain name you'd like to give them access-to and pick Save Permissions.

You would now be able to give your client their HamroCP User username and password, and they'll have the capacity to login to HamroCP.com and deal with their domain and services.
