Can Hamro.Cloud Support migrate my emails if I use WordPress FTP migration?

To move your emails and mailboxes to Hamro.Cloud, you can utilize our in-house Email Migrations tool. This will give you a chance to migrate your IMAP mailboxes, your Gmail mailboxes and your Outlook mailboxes into Hamro.Cloud.

To do this:

1. Login to Hamro.Cloud

2. Select which package you need to move emails into by means of Manage Hosting.

3. Select the Email Migrations tool that is inside the messages segment.

4. You can now basically enter the important certifications and select and then Sync.

Please note, you should have set up mailboxes within Hamro.Cloud first using the same password phrase as utilized by the mailbox.

If you the sync fails to start, this is likely because of the accreditations not being right. You should confirm that the password you have utilized is right and that the hostname is also right.
