How do I create and send email campaigns?

Email campaigns enable you to send focused on, personalised mass messages to your HamroCP clients. These can be utilized to cover basic client related situations.

To send an email campaign you'll have to begin by making an email layout. To do this:

1. Head to Email Templates from the Hamro.Cloud homepage.

2. From the Template Type menu you can choose Email Campaign Template.

3. Your template may describe  another product you're launching or an update to a current one. Different instances of messages you might need to convey include: another product you're launching, an extra product you wish to upsell, news and new highlights about your organization.

4. When you've finished your email layout, head to Email Campaigns.

5. Select Create Campaign.

6. You would then be able to focus on your email towards specific clients, either by all HamroCP clients or by the products that clients approach.

7. Utilize the current format you made and select Insert Template.

8. When you're set, select Save Changes.

9. You'll presently observe your campaign in a Draft status.

10. To send it, select Options > Send.

Your email campaign will at that point be sent to all chosen recipients and the status will appear as Finished once the sum total of what messages have been sent.
