Why are emails going to the junk / spam folder?

Email being sent to the junk /spam folder can be identified with the SenderID or Sender Policy Framework (SPF).

We manage an SPF record yet it is not included automatically. Sender Policy Framework (SPF) records help to decrease the opportunity of your domain being caricature in spam messages, and can help increment the deliverability of email to outside providers , for example, Gmail and Outlook.

Resellers can have our SPF record added to all new packages by checking the box in Account Preferences.

To include one you can see the guide. Can I add SPF records for my domain ?
