How do I use Master FTP?

Master FTP can be used to globally unlock your own IP over all your hosting packages. This is so you don't have to stress over unlocking FTP for each package each time you have to get to them.

To use Master FTP:

- Make a HamroCP User for yourself. (To make a HamroCP User please observe the guide here: https://www.Hamro.Cloud.com/support/reseller hosting/allow clients get to stackcp)

- Find your HamroCP User from the list and select Options > Edit.

-Select all the Packages you might want to get to by means of Master FTP, at that point select 'Save Permissions'.

-Select Options > Edit again. This time, scroll to the bottom and you'll see the 'Unlock Master FTP Access' area. From here, you can enter your very own IP address which will enable you to access all site documents by means of a single login.

-Select 'Add' when you've added your IP address.

-You can now use the following details to connect to interface through your FTP customer:

Host: masterftp.hamrocp.com

Username: HamroCP User Email ([email protected])

Password: HamroCP User Password
